The Family Center of Panevezys Diocese was established in 1990 by the decree of the Lithuanian Conference of Bishops.
Our mission is to promote the Christian values practiced in families.
The objectives are to educate and support families on the basic of principles of Catholic morality.

- Preaparation engaged couples for the Sacrament of Matrimony;
- Family enrichment programs (The Mothers' club; Schools for expectant families; Individual psychological counseling)
- Youth education on family skills (The non-formal education meetings with youth; Weekend for young people "Know yourself", "Know yourself " club)
- Actions for society (Seminars; Conferences; Parental skills seminars; Family days, Life days)
- Education and support of workers and volunteers and strengthening of the system of FC (Annual workshop for workers, volunteers and their families from all Panevezys diocese and Deaneries family centers in Karkle; Seminars, Conferences, Methodical help)
